<p>Here are p90x results pictures on day1, day29, day60, day90, and then I put day1 at the bottom as well so you can compare the first and last day photos easier.  If you have any questions or comments about my overall p90x results or just the p90x before and after pictures please feel free to use the comment section and I will reply as soon as possible.</p>

Again I love this workout.  Chest, Shoulders &amp; Triceps, Ab Ripper X day hits my favorite areas.  I want bigger and broader shoulders for a more dominant look, I want my front-upper body looking amazing, and I want bigger and stronger triceps because they account for more mass in your arms than biceps do.  I made it all the way through and that is great.  I can tell I am making nice improvements with my abs and shoulders.  Bring on the plyo!  Dont forget to check out more <a href="http://www.fitnesstrainingreview.com">P90x Reviews</a></p>

I did very well with plyo today.  I have been improving by &#8220;leaps and bounds&#8221;, no pun intended, and it feels great!  I am going out of town Thursday so my plan for now is to mainly workout my chest and triceps while on the trip.  I will do so by push-ups and chair dips.  Maybe I can make it to a gym or athletic center to use some weights and/or treadmill.  That&#8217;s it for me, I would love to hear from you on your progress. <p>Chest, Shoulers &amp; Triceps with Ab Ripper X is awesome!  I can&#8217;t wait to do this exercise again it is that good.  I love doing push-ups and working on my chest and triceps.  I&#8217;m off to bed but keep pushing on!</p>

I enjoyed stretching today.  I recommend everyone do XStretch instead of taking the day off to rest; at least until you have great flexibility.  I know I am not very flexible which is why I enjoy being able to stretch a bit further every day I X Stretch.  Other than that I didn&#8217;t really do anything special today.  I hope everybody had a great weekend.</p>
