Bryan P90x Workout Reviews: Day 8 w/ pics

Day 8: Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X
I am still having difficulty with this P90x workout. I find I get worn out quickly and making it through the whole video becomes very difficult. Any tips you might have about how you make it through you can post them here. Ab Ripper was brutal of course, but it gets a bit better every time. Overall it was nice to get back to action after a nice long weekend. I just hope that Plyo tomorrow doesn’t leave my legs sore for the next several days again.  You can compare the images to Day 1.
