Day 18: Yoga x
so I am still pretty terrible at yoga. the advanced moves are pretty hard for me….well I think they are more difficult because by the time I get to them I am wiped out. If I try them when I am not tired, I can do them easy peazy. But I am getting better at it. My endurance for this kind of work out just isn’t where I want it to be, but practice makes perfect. I still love how calm I feel afterward though. so centered.
