Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 19

Day 19: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X

I am starting to like this workout. And by like, I mean I still hate it. I don’t mind it as much as I used too though. I am pretty good at those wall sits, even though I still feel them for the next few days. The one legged ones are still pretty brutal. I remember doing wall sits when I was in sports in high school. They were my swim and track coaches favorite forms of punishment, er, I mean warm up. haha. I was always in pretty good shape doing sports, but even then I think p90x would have still wrecked most of the team. If I was a coach, I would make my kids do it! I bet we would win everything! How many of you guys were in sports back in the day, be it high school, college, whatever? and what were you in?

ps…i still miss my swimmers abs.
