Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 19

Day 19: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X

Thank god for this day. Because I’m a girl, my legs, hips, and abs have always been my “problem area”. This day covers all three! I can pretty much keep up with the ab workout now, minus maybe 5-7 reps total throughout the whole 15 minute video. I swear my abs are going to explode out of my abdomen though by the end. It hurts! They’re on fire. It brings a whole new meaning to feeling the burn.
