Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 20

Day 20: Kenpo X

I really like kenpo. I’m no fighter, and I’m sure I look pretty strange and uncoordinated as I flail my arms about in my attempts to jab, cross, hook and uppercut. I honestly have no idea what the difference is between most of the moves. I just keep punching the air. It’s still a fun workout. I feel like I’m pretty B.A. and that after these workout I would be able to defend myself, not with my newly learned skills though. The mugger would probably run away because he would be too afraid to fight a crazy person coming at him windmill style with a few jabs and hooks thrown in here and there.

Never the less, this workout still gets my heart rate going. Whenever I watch a UFC fight from now on I will probably be yelling moves from Tony at the screen.
“Grab, Pull, and Knee him!!!!”
