Day 33: Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
well it feels good to be working out my legs, and while I can’t see my back, I can tell that it is getting stronger. The good news is that I measured myself the other day and I had lost a half an inch from each leg and a half an inch from my waist! not bad for one months time, considering I’m not that big of a person! I was pretty pumped to say the least. 🙂 Keep on pushing play everyone!
