Chris P90x Workout Reviews: Day 12

P90x Day 12: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X

Today went fairly well.  I had to wait pretty late to do the workout tonight since some friends were over so I got gassed really easily.  I felt good about my pullup workout, however my upper legs seemed to do worse this week than last week.   My calves however handled todays P90x workout better than last week.  Boy am I glad that I don’t have to do wall sits for another week!
