Day 2: Plyometrics

I have once again learned what it feels like to have my legs made of Jello.  I paced myself quite a bit and didn’t get as deep or jump as high as Tony and the crew, however this paid off since I was able to make it through the full workout unlike my first plyometrics day last time around.  I really recommend you go slower than you think you need to at the start of the workout because even if it feels easy at the start it won’t feel that way for long.  I am pretty sure I am going to be limping around when I first wake up tomorrow, and that I will be stretching often to attempt to keep my legs limber after this intense workout!  This is easily the hardest day for me in the P90X workout and it feels great to get it over with, now I get to relax and sip on some tasty shakeology while watching tv 🙂
