Day 2: Plyometrics
After finishing the plyometrics routine, it has become quite clear how bad I’ve let myself go. Oddly, I find the videos give me a strange feeling of motivation. I feel—without the videos—I would not accomplish nearly as much per workout. Tony (the main instructor) claims this is the heart and soul of the P90X system, and after finishing it I agree completely. My tip of the day: make sure you clear enough space to move about freely; plyometrics is pretty much a lot of jumping about in a crazy series of moves. Expect the worst on this day, but it should get easier the next time around.
