Jason P90x Workout Reviews: Day 4

Day 4: Yoga X

A corpse with rigor mortis would fair better than I at yoga. I will be open-minded, and give yoga my best shot these next 86 days. I’m mentally preparing myself for this session, and I’ll let you know how I do.

As I feared, I am about as coordinated as a rhino stampeding through the savannah. To be honest, I felt like this was even harder for me than plyometrics. I knew I was in trouble when I was fifteen minutes in and sweat was pouring off of me. Then, I looked up and saw 1:15 left on the clock. For those of you new to yoga you will definitely need a yoga block. I plan on picking one up for the next go around. My tip of the day: don’t sit on your ass for a year and let your ligaments tighten up!
