Jason P90x Workout Reviews: Day 7

Day 7: Stretch X or Rest

I chose to take the day off entirely; you have the option of performing the stretch video, but I felt like a complete day off was well deserved. I will be taking my week one photos tomorrow before I start the week 2 cycle; however, I don’t expect to see results so soon. Patience is a virtue, after all.
