First off thank you very much for visiting our p90x blog, we have been putting in a lot of time and effort into bringing you the very best information We hope you enjoy and find this page very helpful.

We have created this page to truly put P90X to the test.  Myself, Chelsea, and Bryan are going to be following the P90X workout religiously for the whole 90 days and possibly beyond.  We each have our own goals and are going to be modifying the diet side accordingly. My goal as well as Bryan’s is to gain muscle mass and size.  We will actually be taking in more calories and much more protein than usual,  however we will be trying to eat more frequent and smaller meals, as well as substituting healthier food choices wherever possible.  Chelsea is going for muscle toning so she is keeping her calorie intake roughly the same while trying to substitute a bit healthier food into her diet.  We hope to make this by far the best and most complete P90X review on the internet.  You will get to see if we get P90X results or not without spending a dime of your own money!

The site will have 3 separate daily blogs for each person, it will also have one weekly feature article containing all three participants.  Chelsea and I will be taking weekly weight measurements and all three of us will be doing weekly pictures.  We really hope this page is helpful and you will share your comments and criticisms with us!
