We had to do a little domain shuffle, and finally everything is complete.
Between getting the new site setup, migrating all of the content, as well as an extremely tough end to our semester with much more homework and studying than we unfortunately we unable to keep up with all of the daily workouts and posts. Chelsea and Chris were were only able to do the workouts sporadically, however Bryan was able to finish his workouts, as well as finish taking all of his p90x results photos. Bryan was just not able to keep up with his daily blogging.
Overall we all agreed that P90x was easily the best workout any of us had ever done. Any future workouts will definitely be p90x, or possibly another Beachbody product. We saw no need for anything else. We all ended up getting just what we expected (getting stronger, trimmer, and much better cardiovascular shape) however we also gained a lot that we didn’t expect (Drastically improved flexibility, balance, and quickness)
