P90x Workout Reviews: Day 15 Pictures and Measurements
Week two is complete and I went quite well for everyone. Â You can compare the results below with Day1 and Day8 pictures.
Chelsea: 3/15/2010 Â Â Weight: 125 lbs (+1.2 lbs)
Well the second week has come and gone, and well, as with human nature, I am getting impatient. I want results now. Now! Now! Now! I want rock hard abs and chiseled shoulders, but I know they will come with time. This week went really well. We are on spring break here for this coming week, so there is no school to slow me down. (thats right, I am doing p90x for my spring break) Ok, so maybe I’m working at my job too. Anyway, great things to come! Stay active people!
Chris: 3/15/2010 Â Â Weight: 152.5 lbs (+7.5lbs – remember my goal is to gain weight not loose it)
Week two is complete and things are going great. Â I feel like the hardest part is done and now I just have to keep pushing play. Â I didn’t do quite as well with my diet this week, I started falling back into my fewer and larger meals, so I need to focus extra hard this coming week. Â I can tell that I am getting stronger and my muscles are getting larger as well, I can’t wait to see what happens after 75 more days!

Week 2 I had a bit more confidence then week 1 and started noticing a difference in energy level. Week 1 was rough on me because, probably like most of you, I went from doing very little with not a great diet to an intense workout each day with better eating habits. Week 2 I was more anxious to get in the daily workout and had an increase in energy level. My appetite is better, I eat more often because I am active and burning calories. Becoming super fit is such a gradual process, or that is how it is working out for me, that I realize P90x and fitness in general is a lifestyle. A lifestyle that I look to keep for many years to come.
glad to see you guys are still sticking with it and working hard… if you make it through with good results i will try this workout
