Day 34: Kenpo X
Today I did push-ups, chair dips, and crunches again. That is actually a solid workout and I’m glad I did that instead of nothing like I used to do on trips. My calves are a bit sore so good to know all the walking I am doing is paying off some
Today we are hitting the pool to catch some sun and then who knows whats next. Gl everybody.
