Chris P90x Workout Reviews: Day 25

Day 25:  X Stretch

Well I had a good day today for two reasons!  First I finally noticed I am actually beginning to make some progress on my hamstring flexibility which has always been lacking for me.  I also put on an older shirt I had not worn in a while after the stretching and realized it was getting tighter than before.  It was nice to feel that my upper body is actually getting larger, yay p90x!

hey chris its good to read your blogs im on day 11 of p90x and im in your same boa,t im doing it to gain weight and muscle not loose weight which seems kinda rare i guess. are you taking a weight gainer? i feel like im doing pretty well im eating anything i can get my hands on plus taking a weight gainer shake 2 times a day that has a ton of protein and creatine just wonder if or what your taking

I have been eating a Shakeology shake everyday, and with the Shakeology I mix in protein, banana’s, and peanut butter. During the first week and a half I finished off the rest of my weight gainer protein. Now I am just using the cheap protein with creatine in it from Walmart. I also have Snickers Marathon protein bars that I try to eat in between meals if I get hungry at all. Sounds like you are off to a great start, and definitely getting enough protein to have some great results. Keep it up, and keep pushing play!
