Day 33: Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
Today’s workout went well for the most part. I still hate this workout because it constantly pushes me to the edge so I feel like I am not improving that much, however I know that I am. My legs seem to be slower at improving than my upper body. Ab ripper on the other hand I continue to make good progress on, it gets slightly easier each time, however I still have not made it through the entire workout at the DVD’s pace.
