Chris P90x Workout Reviews: Day 5

Day 5: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X

Today’s video very evil at times. I am pretty sure Tony’s is sitting in his home somewhere just laughing when he thinks about people doing Legs & Back for the first time. The wall sits absolutely destroyed me. I was pushing myself as hard as I could to the points of uncontrollable shaking, yet I could still not finish the wall sits without cheating. I have decided I am going to be a machine when I finally get through this program. I have also decided there is no possible way that you could go through this program and not get results, unless you are going at less than 50% speed/effort or cheat the entire time. I have begun to notice that I have been sleeping better every night which is definitely a bonus. I normally have to lie in bed for a couple hours before falling asleep every night, but the last few days I have been falling asleep in roughly half the time.
