Day 8: Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X
Today was a tough day for me, I was really lazy and low on energy for some reason. I tried to do 15 of every type of push up, but I found myself cheating on my knees the second half of the P90x Workout. I almost didn’t do Ab Ripper at the end, but then I decided I would be to embarrassed to admit skipping a day, good thing I’m writing a blog huh! On a positive note my lat’s seem to be sticking out a lot more from the back flys and/or pull ups. I am definitely glad I can begin to see some results in the photos which really helps give me a motivation boost. I have also put on some weight which makes me happy, I normally have a very tough time putting weight on. You can compare the image below to my Day 1 if you would like. What do you guys think, is this on par for some good results?
