Jason P90x Workout Reviews: Day 12

Day 12: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X

Just finished today’s portion of P90X, and I’m sweating as usual. I can definitely attest to the fact that I’m feeling more fit already just after 12 days on the system. P90X delivers quite a unique array of exercises, and I can feel my body already adjusting to the strange movements. The bad news: I am sore pretty much every day. Hopefully, this will subside in time as I become more fit and lose fat while gaining muscle. Wall squats… UGH!
