Day 1: Chest and back, Ab Ripper X

My first thoughts about the P90X Workout were that it looks very tough and unlike any workout prior to it.  Going through Day 1 confirmed those thoughts, but to me that is what a real challenge should be and that is how you get the results you are looking for.  One thing to note is that if you want to make it through the whole video you should probably aim to do half the reps that the people in the video are doing. That is if you are like me and haven’t worked out regularly for an extended period. Day 1 whooped me and I’m sure I will be feeling sore tomorrow, lets see how Day 2 goes!
