Day 10: Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper X
Wow I am still having difficult with shoulders and arms. I made it through except I did not bother with the bonus workouts because I was completely drained. My upper body used to be in top shape so it is a big eye opener for me when I see how much I struggle now with these upper body workouts. My left wrist is weak compared to my right wrist and makes it hard to do the bicep exercises where you rotate the dumbbell; the upright rows were also troublesome because of that. On the brightside I look forward to continued progress and we got yoga tomorrow!
