Chest, Shoulers & Triceps with Ab Ripper X is awesome! I can’t wait to do this exercise again it is that good. I love doing push-ups and working on my chest and triceps. I’m off to bed but keep pushing on!
Hey Bryan, just wanted to give you a shout out, I’m 52 years old and started the program 08/02/10. I was very out of shape and after the first week, I couldn’t even get into and out of my car without pain. By the second week, things got better, I didn’t follow the diet plan but am eating better, so I havent lost as much weight as I would like. At least my manboobs are down to normal size, lol. You are young, so the results will be better with you if you stick to it. I can fit into my size 32 pants, something I havent been able to do for over 2 years. I like the looks and comments I get from family and friends (and even some strangers), so it will pay off, if you continue the hard work. Well, I wont take anymore of your time. Keep up the good work and remember, it is worth it, wait til you get your first compliment, you will be encouraged to continue. Bring it and dont forget to breathe.
