Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 11
Day 11: Yoga X
So I have decided that I hate yoga and love it at the same time. I am terrible at some of the advanced moves. I feel like they twist me into a pretzel. I am working on them though. I do really like the second half of the workout. The stretching and meditation part really help my mood and calm me. I also don’t feel as worn out at the end of the workout like I do on some other days. I’m slowly progressing each day Yes Option review. Namaste!
