Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 15 w/ pics

Day 15: Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X

So here are my progress pictures! I took them before the workout today. I know, I know…you can’t really see a difference, but I can tell that my endurance and strength is improving. My arms are a little bigger and my stomach is starting to tone up! Yay progress!!!! The workout was routine as usual. I struggled to keep up through out the video and then I loose coordination and feeling in my arms for the next few hours or so after it’s over because my arms are so fatigued. They feel like jello…mmm jello.

Update!
So we went to Glacier National Park today. If that wasn’t a P90X workout itself then I don’t know what is! We hiked for over an hour up the side of a snow covered mountain, made it up to an awesome lookout, saw a couple of mountain goats and then nearly ran all the way back down the mountain. It only took us about 20 minutes to make it down, but it was steep! And heck, It was hot on that mountain! 68 degrees with the snow even! I had on shorts, a tank top and tennis shoes and Chris had on flip flops, shorts an no shirt. Yes he made it up a snow covered mountain in flip flops, that’s just how hard core people from North Dakota are. A guy from discovery channel took our picture. We probably looked ridiculous.
