Whew…..this workout was rough. the first set wiped me out for the rest of the routine! I was so thankful there were no pull ups involved in this though! I never thought doing a push up in slow motion would be so hard! This was one of the best shoulder workouts I think we have had. Mine were on fire the entire time! I am getting pretty good at the ab workout too. I can finish the first 3-4 sets completely now. 🙂 yay p90x results! looking forward to this week!
