Day 9: Plyometrics
Oh plyo. My life would be so much more pleasant without you. I hate it, but I love it at the same time. Those swing kicks really wreck me. I am noticing that I can keep up more. If i go at the same percentage of effort as the previous week, I can keep up and do more than I could last week. So I can tell I am improving. This is definitely an awesome cardio workout. My legs are so beat after. Looking forward to the weeks to come!
