Day 11: Yoga X

Yoga X was fairly tough once again; I am continuing to regret not purchasing the yoga blocks. My makeshift cardboard boxes barely work and not having the handles really makes them inferior to the blocks. I seem to have a harder time with the first half of the Yoga video, but once it gets to the balance poses I do a better job. Hopefully my flexibility starts improving because I can still barely touch the floor with the tips of my fingers when I lean straight over. I really like how well rounded the P90x Workout is, you gain your flexibility, your muscle strength, muscle stamina, and cardio endurance all at the same time.
