Day 19: Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
Todays workout went the same as always for me, terribly. I seem to have the hardest time improving on my squatting moves out of anything else with P90x. Wall sits continue to abuse me while 1 legged wall sits completely kill me week after week. Bryan and I have been doing our workouts much later than normal due to extremely busy days so I am once again completely exhausted and ready for a shake then bed.
