Chris P90x Workout Reviews: Day 25

Day 25:  X Stretch

Well I had a good day today for two reasons!  First I finally noticed I am actually beginning to make some progress on my hamstring flexibility which has always been lacking for me.  I also put on an older shirt I had not worn in a while after the stretching and realized it was getting tighter than before.  It was nice to feel that my upper body is actually getting larger, yay p90x!

I have been eating a Shakeology shake everyday, and with the Shakeology I mix in protein, banana’s, and peanut butter. During the first week and a half I finished off the rest of my weight gainer protein. Now I am just using the cheap protein with creatine in it from Walmart. I also have Snickers Marathon protein bars that I try to eat in between meals if I get hungry at all. Sounds like you are off to a great start, and definitely getting enough protein to have some great results. Keep it up, and keep pushing play!
