Day 29: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, Ab Ripper X
It feels good to have the recovery week over and done with so now we can do some more resistance training! Â Today’s P90x workout was quite challenging. Â I was struggling with all of the pushups exercises at the end, and I was using very light weights for the other workouts at the end. Â I could really feel my shoulders getting a tremendous workout today though so I am very excited about doing this dvd more often.
Getting ripped! And you still have 61 days to go. You are going to be a monster!
You are so scruffy, I’m going to come shave your beard off :-p
Spend one winter in North Dakota and you will understand why 🙂
