Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 10

Day 10: Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X

I can feel that my shoulders are starting to get stronger. Which is exciting! As much as I like doing cardio, I find myself enjoying the strength and weightlifting days more and more. Ab ripper X still kicks my butt, but I am able to keep up more now. I usually only have to pause for about 3 seconds before starting back up. I know I’m going to feel it tomorrow, but I almost look forward to it now.
