Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 13

Day 13: Kenpo X

Yes! Kenpo X! I love flailing my fists and arms around in the air at nothing! As much as I enjoy this workout…I cant help thinking that if someone were to film me working out and post it online, it would be an internet sensation because I have no clue what I am doing! I honestly could not tell you the difference between and jab and a hook. Half the time when I kick, I feel like a cartoon character who just slipped on a banana peel. My legs in the air, arms are going every direction, and somehow I manage to add in a back flip before I topple down on my head. Ok, so maybe I exaggerated a bit, I can only do back flips off a diving board.
