Day 12: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
So I am starting to be less and less sore, which is promising! I can already tell that I am in better shape than I was 12 days ago. I am able to keep up more now with the videos! Yay! My abs are starting to tighten up and show more, which makes me so excited! Even though I mutter silent death treats to Tony during the process, I actually don’t mind doing the ab ripper x, now that I’m starting to see results of course.
