Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 24

Day 24:  Kenpo X

Yayyyy I really think I am started to get a good workout with the Kenpo X dvd now!  Now that my endurance is getting better I can keep my heartrate up longer and burn more calories.  I could really feel my sides which I assume is from the lovely banana rolls.  My butt was also a bit sore today, I am glad that these workouts are still pushing my body so hard!!
