Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 25
Day 25: Â X Stretch
My flexibility is getting better. I was in dance for 8 years and gymnastics for 4 when I was younger, and I was also in sports my entire life, so I always had a descent amount of flexibility. But, being in college, sports went out the window, along with stretching, and even working out for the most part. Therefore, I am no where near as flexible now as I was back then. I am noticing improvements though. My hamstrings were always my ‘problem’ area to stretch. Everything else just seemed to stretch like a rubber band, but my hamstrings always met me with the most resistance. When we first started p90x, X stretch was so hard, heck, even the regular warm up and cool down stretching of my hamstrings was rocky. But now, I am starting to enjoy it. It feels good, and it’s also very relaxing. I love to hang there and rock back and forth. My goal is to be able to do a scorpion again by the time p90x has finished.  🙂
