Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 4

Day 4: Yoga X

So, I’m still a little sore and I was looking forward to a nice relaxing yoga workout, because isn’t that was yoga is, relaxing? I thought it would just be a bunch of deep breathing and stretching…WRONG! This yoga is juiced. It’s like it’s on roids and crack! After being in dance for 8 years, gymnastics for 4 and being a diver in high school, I thought I had this flexibility thing in the bag. I have met my match! I would rather do plyo over any day than do this yoga workout. Advice for making it through the first grueling 45 minutes…invest in a yoga block!!! I’m going to buy one tomorrow!
