Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 3

Day 3: Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X

Well today ended up being a partial accidental rest day.  I was unable to do about half of the exercises because I didn’t have light enough weights.  I will definitely be going to the store tomorrow to get some 5 and 10 pound dumbbells or possibly get some bands.  I worked hard at the exercises I could do but I still felt like I missed out on the full P90x workout, until I start Ab Ripper.  I am fairly sure you could lay comatose in bed all day long and get up solely to do Ab Ripper and feel like you just gone done climbing a mountain afterwards.  I was completely worn out!

I will be sure to let you all know which route I go with the weights or the bands as soon as I purchase them.  Yoga should be nice a nice change tomorrow from the resistance training.

    Hi
don’t want to be a pain but I’m reading your posts from the start and don’t see a link going from one day to the next. It makes navigating very cumbersome especially when you obviously have an engaging style that makes you want to keep reading. Just something to consider adding.

Great suggestion, I messed around with a few plugins and methods of showing related/previous/next posts and have come up with a solution for the time being. When I have more time I will probably try to come up with something a bit better though. Hopefully this makes it easier to navigate.

Yay!!! Navigation links!! Well done on keeping up with your workouts but I am still curious as to what happened to you all last time you started. Did you all give up or just not blog all the way to the end? Anyway, I hope you all keep up with it, it is always great to read day to day struggles of others.
