Day 3: Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
Day 3 began with some light stretching followed by weight training. Arms and shoulders are my strong area of my body (if I even have any). I enjoyed this day far more than the first two days. My tip of the day: make sure you are using enough weight to feel the burn. Tony will remind you of this repeatedly during the entire day.
On a side note, I completely forgot to do the Ab Ripper X portion of the routine on day 1. This video is about a 15 minute, intense ab extravaganza. Holy shit!@#$ Excuse my language, but you’ll probably be thinking the same thing once you’re done. If you’re carrying around a keg for a stomach, then just concentrate on form and do as many as possible. Don’t be afraid to take breaks!
